Caroline Flack shows off her taut stomach in a bandeau bikini

Caroline Flack took a first class ticket to Dubai on Friday for a girls' trip with fellow Strictly alum Ashley Roberts.

And within hours of their arrival, the girls hit the beach at The Palm with a few Pina Coladas.

Caroline, 39, and Ashley, 37, joked about 'sunning the life out of themselves' as a bikini picture popped up on TV star Caroline's Instagram on Saturday morning.

Caroline looked supremely toned in a black bandeau bikini with a cover up draped over her arms.

Dancer Ashley mimicked her cross-legged pose and sat beside her in a colourful high-waisted two-piece.

The duo were joined by PR pal Becky Knowles for a girly afternoon on the sunbeds outside their luxury hotel. 

Ashley is currently dating Strictly Come Dancing star Giovanni Pernice, who became Caroline's dancing partner during last year's Christmas special of the BBC One show.

But Ashley and Caroline have been firm friends for many years, thanks to mutual gal pals like Laura Whitmore.

On Friday, Caroline took to Instagram with a snap of her luxurious in-flight experience as she escaped London for the United Arab Emirates with the Pussycat Doll.

She sipped from a champagne class in her sunglasses as she unwound in a First Class seat.
