Marko Arnautovic hands in transfer request at West Ham

Marko Arnautovic has reportedly handed in a transfer request at West Ham.

Arnautovic pushed for a move in China and now appears to be wanting to try again.

Sky Sports have reported that a club in the Chinese Super League have made an offer for the striker.

Arnautovic wanted to move to China in January only for West Ham to stand firm and eventually persuade the Austrian forward to sign a new and improved deal.

He extended his contract at the London Stadium until 2023 in late January in an attempt to put talk of a move to the Far East to bed.

His brother and agent Danijel spoke recently about reported interest from Roma and Fiorentina.

He said: 'Marko Arnautovic still has a contract in West Ham. He signed the contract with a very good feeling.

'Be sure, that nobody, nobody called me since a long time ago to say 'we like Marko, can you please come over.'

'Yes, there was the offer from China, yes there were talks but from Inter, there was no talks.'
