Nollywood actor, Alex Ekubo has been conferred with a chieftaincy title in Mbaise, Imo state at the just concluded New yam festival.
Alex Ekubo took to his Instagram page to share videos of the coronation process with his followers.
The actor who hails from Abia state was coronated Ikuku of Amumara Town by the king of the town. The actor has admonished people to start addressing him as a ‘Chief’.
His post reads,
Allow me to Re-introduce myself, I Alexx Ekubo of Arochukwu, Abia State – has just been coronated IKUKU Of Amumara Town, Mbaise. IMO State.
