Nigerian superstar Wizkid and his family laid his late mother, Mrs. Jane Dolapo Balogun, to rest on Friday, October 13, 2023, in Lagos, Nigeria.
The funeral service was a private affair, but photos and videos from the event have been circulating online. The photos show Wizkid and his family, including his sons Boluwatife, Ayo Jr., and Zion, gathered around Mrs. Balogun’s casket.
Wizkid is seen dressed gold agbada together with his sisters. The casket is draped in white flowers, and there are also white flowers and candles on the floor around the casket.
