Why single mothers can’t raise male children

Veteran Nollywood actor Jim Iyke has sparked debate with his views on parenting. In a recent interview, he stated that single mothers can't properly raise male children without a father figure or strong male influence. According to Iyke, women are naturally nurturing, but boys need discipline and guidance from men to become responsible adults.

He emphasized the importance of male presence in a boy's life, suggesting that without it, boys may grow into weak men. Iyke advised single mothers to seek male role models, such as brothers, fathers, or trusted family friends, to help shape their sons' development.
