Canada-based Nigerian Man Called Out For Dumping Nigerian Woman He Dated For 3ys

Canada-based Nigerian man called out for dumping Nigerian woman he dated online for 3 years to marry another woman he claimed is related to him

A Nigerian woman has taken to social media to accuse her Canada-based boyfriend of betrayal after allegedly dumping her to marry another woman he had claimed was his cousin.

The woman, identified as Onyinyechi Onyenma, shared her story on Facebook, recounting how she dated a man named Izuchi Maurice Anthony, also known as Nazzy, for three years. According to her, Izuchi hails from Osisioma Ngwa, Umuagbara village in Amaise autonomous community, Abia State, and lives in Canada.

She explained that she had been supporting him financially since 2022. “I have been assisting him the little I can since 2022. It’s not because I have the money but because he told me his Nigerian account is not functioning,” she wrote.

Onyinyechi said she became suspicious after noticing that Izuchi often posted photos of a particular woman on his WhatsApp status, always with affectionate emojis. Whenever she confronted him about the lady, he reportedly told her the woman was his cousin. “This guy will always tell me it’s his cousin and that they can never marry because they’re related,” she wrote, adding that she later investigated his family background and discovered no such cousin existed.

She also claimed that Izuchi had promised marriage, asking her to tell her parents to prepare a traditional marriage list. “He promised me to return by November ending this year and he even went as far as telling me to tell my parents to get traditional marriage list for my bride price,” she wrote.

According to her, they had been dating exclusively online and had never met physically. “My reason then was because I needed to see him physically before going to his place (because we’ve been dating online), at least see him before going there,” she explained.

Onyinyechi added that Izuchi assured her he was “coming back” for her and pleaded that she should not “break his heart like other ladies did.”

Me and this guy have been dating for the past three good years

I have been assisting him the little I can since 2022πŸ’”πŸ˜

It's not because I have the money but because he told me his Nigerian account is not functioning

But then there's this particular girl he do post on his WhatsApp status at times but each time I ask him about the girl and why his adding such love emoji to her picture

This guy will always tell me it's his cousin and that they can never marry because they're related (As per I don't know his family members naπŸ’”πŸ˜) which I later investigated and found out about his family starting from his dad till their last born, atleast let me know his siblings and parents

I kept asking this guy severally all through these years, do you have any personal relationships with this girl, because all of these post is becoming suspicious to me but he said no relationship attached just cousin

All these years suitors were coming, I kept telling him that suitors are coming my way ( People that even matter)

I stated clearly to this guy to move on so I can do so, if he intend wasting my time

But he kept on telling me to wait for him that his is coming back for me, and that please I shouldn't break his heart like other ladies did

He promised me to return by November ending this year and he even went as far as telling me to tell my parents to get traditional marriage list for my bride price

Before then earlier this year around April, he told me that will I go to his place to see where his coming from but I said No

My reason then was because I needed to see him physically before going to his place (Because we've been dating online) atleast see him before going there..

He responded okay that he is coming back for me but that wasn't the end
