Factional Chairman of the Lagos State Chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party, Hon. Kamal Olorunoje, at the weekend lambasted the Lagos State government and the All Progressives Congress over increasing level of insecurity within the metropolis.
In a statement against the backdrop of attack on two banks in FESTAC last Monday, Olorunoje wondered the status of the billions of naira generated from the Lagos State Security Trust Fund, LSSTF.
He alleged that the monies may have be embezzled at the expense of the security of lives and properties of the good people of Lagos.
The statement read in part: “We, as a party, are appalled by the insensibility of this administration on security, education and providing gainful employment to Lagosians.
