In video footage, the Hero hitmaker - who has been in a relationship with Anna Kournikova since 2001 - thrills the woman with a long kiss, before enjoying another quick smooch session.
Enrique appeared in good spirits as he entertained the fan with a kiss, before giggling coquettishly.
The woman couldn't believe her luck as she whipped out her phone to take a selfie with the hunk.
Enrique then cheekily plastered another kiss on the woman before rushing away red-faced.
The fan's time soon came to an end as he attempted to lead her back to the crowds, before she quickly took out a poster for him to sign.
She then jumped up and wrapped her feet around Enrique before finally heading back to the crowds.
Enrique recently said he wanted to open up to his fans because they have given him so much.
'I don't mind sharing part of my life with them,' he told The Associated Press. 'I always have, in a way, through my music.'
