Hours before, it was claimed her transformed look is the result of 'crippling insecurities' following heartache from her ex-boyfriends.

Yet defiant Lauren Goodger was continuing to flaunt her chiseled visage on Wednesday as she headed out in her native Essex to get her nails done while also flaunting her toned physique in skin-tight gym gear.

Insiders told Closer Magazine that the 32-year-old former TOWIE star is going under the knife to 'feel better about herself' after the stunner hit headlines last week when she emerged with a dramatically shaped jawline and cheekbones. 

Lauren looked stunning as she stepped out with a deeply tanned complexion and a pair of superstar worthy sunglasses shielding her eyes from the sun. 

She looked stylish for the outing as she clutched her phone and a bottle of water ahead of her pampering appointment. 

The Essex born beauty wore her brunette tresses in a loose waves falling from a side parting with loose tendrils falling over her shoulders. 

Having been candid in the past about some of the work she has undergone, the star has remained defiant that she has not had anything done to her face.
