The 39-year-old clearly had lots on her mind as she headed into the sunshine in London looking drawn, as it's been reported that she is dating again.
She wore a tight white T-shirt and a pair of shiny red tracksuit pants which had white stripes going down one leg.
The former glamour model wore a pair of crisp white trainers and tied her tracksuit top around her waist.
The outing comes as speculation has mounted that Katie has found love again with footballer Shane Duffy - after her pink was even seen in the driveway of his home.
It was claimed that Katie's estranged third husband, Kieran Hayler, 31, became suspicious about Katie's closeness with the Brighton player.
'They've both accepted it and are ending the marriage, but Kieran is still in the house for now. He's great with the kids and has almost become a live-in nanny', reported The Sun.
They added: 'One of the people he suspects she is now close to is Brighton player and Ireland star Shane Duffy, but he isn't sure if there are others too.'
